Iberostar Las Letras Gran Via Madrid

Stylish update of old building. Big, comfortable rooms with huge beds. Attentive staff. Lovely breakfast with custom-made eggs and enticing fruit spread. Delicious tapas in bar.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was exceptionally central, right in the heart of everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the large washroom with its double sinks and bath+shower combo. The gym on-site had a good selection of equipment, and we appreciated the quiet rooms that were well sound-proofed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city center.

The staff at this hotel were outstandingly professional and friendly. They made us feel welcome and were very good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and most tourist attractions. The breakfast provided at the hotel was really good, with a wide selection of quality produce and made-to-order eggs. The hotel and our room were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this city.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to other nearby metro stops and the airport express coach. It is also very close to all the sites of the old town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and luxurious amenities. The staff are friendly and offer excellent service, making your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop bar offers a great spot to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the views.

One negative aspect is that the pool opens at 11 am, so morning swims are not possible.

I had an enjoyable stay at Iberostar in Madrid. The location was very nice, right at the start of Gran Via, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. My room was spacious and bright during the day, and the bathroom was a good size. I also had a balcony with a view of Gran Via, a nice bonus. The breakfast had excellent choices and the hotel staff were attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and great service.

The staff were helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. Javier made my 50th birthday special with an upgrade. Champagne on arrival was amazing. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bar downstairs was busy and popular with locals. Great location with shops and bars nearby.
